Tara was one of my special students —
a real prodigy. She took her music seriously,
and when she approached competitive recitals
she practiced furiously. Here a Judge, who was
amazed with her demeanor, technique and
musicianship, took a few moments to point
out the rare places in the score to improve.
Tara, as usual, took in every word of advice
with appreciation because she knew that
next time she would even be better.
